pak97 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on pak97, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the platform.

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and pak97. Using the platform constitutes acceptance. Acceptance applies to all features of pak97 including the sportsbook, casino games, fish games, live casino, promotions, and VIP programme.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To use pak97 you must:

• Be aged 18 or older at the time of registration
• Be registering and using the platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person
• Not be a person to whom the platform is legally restricted in your country or region
• Have not previously been excluded from pak97 by self-exclusion or platform-imposed closure

pak97 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if an account shows unusual activity patterns. Standard identity documents include a CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID. Failure to provide documents when requested may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Players who misrepresent their age at registration are subject to permanent account closure. Any winnings generated on an account found to belong to a minor will be forfeited without exception.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on pak97. Duplicate accounts are not permitted for any reason. If duplicate accounts are detected, pak97 reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across them, and restrict withdrawal of any balance associated with the duplicate account pending review.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your contact details change, update them through the account settings immediately.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility to protect. Do not share your password with anyone. pak97 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and we will place a temporary hold on the account while investigating.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pak97 are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer. Credit and debit cards and mobile wallets may be available depending on current integration status — check the Cashier section of your account for live options.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is PKR 500. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1 to 3 business hours. pak97 does not charge fees on deposits; any charges applied by your mobile network or bank are outside our control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts. VIP members receive priority processing typically within a few hours. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless you contact support to update your preferred withdrawal method. Minimum withdrawal is PKR 500.

pak97 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before releasing any withdrawal above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a penalty. Providing accurate documents promptly ensures your withdrawal is not delayed.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, you are required to inform support immediately. Funds credited in error are not yours to keep and will be reclaimed. Wagering on erroneously credited funds does not convert those funds to real balance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

pak97 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback, and PSL season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only; your original deposit is not subject to wagering and can be withdrawn at any time
• Time limits apply to all bonuses — unused bonus funds expire at the stated deadline even if wagering is partially complete
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as stated per promotion
• Free bet winnings are credited as real balance after the qualifying bet settles; the free bet stake itself is not returned

pak97 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Modifications will not affect bets already placed with bonus funds under the previous terms. Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to using duplicate accounts, deliberately losing bets to clear wagering, or coordinating with others to exploit offers — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Bets placed on pak97 are binding once confirmed. The bet slip shows your selection, odds, stake, and potential return before confirmation — review this information carefully before finalising a bet. pak97 is not responsible for bets placed in error, including wrong selections, incorrect stakes, or accidental confirmation.

Odds displayed are correct at the time of display but may change before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between selection and confirmation, the bet slip will display a notification and ask you to accept the updated odds before proceeding. pak97 does not accept bets after an event has started unless in-play betting is specifically available for that market.

Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits vary by sport, competition, and account tier. High-stakes bets may be reviewed before acceptance for certain markets — this is standard for online sportsbooks and is not discriminatory.

In the event of a match being abandoned before the minimum result threshold is met, applicable bets will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket: if a T20 match does not reach the minimum over requirement for a result under DLS or any governing body ruling, match winner bets are voided. Over-by-over and session markets that were settled before abandonment remain settled.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

pak97 operates fairly and expects the same from all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or calculation errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other player-versus-player format
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events where you have non-public information
• Using VPNs or proxy services specifically to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds of illegal origin

pak97 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect unusual account behaviour. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, funds derived from that conduct will be forfeited and the account permanently closed. Criminal referrals may be made where appropriate.

8 Privacy and Your Data

pak97 collects personal data as part of account registration and ongoing platform use — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, and ensure security and compliance.

Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It is shared only with payment processors and service providers necessary to operate the platform, and only to the extent required. 9 Responsible Gaming

pak97 is committed to player welfare. Gaming should be an enjoyable part of your leisure time, not something that creates financial pressure or personal distress. All accounts have access to the following tools through the account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when lowered; increases apply after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period. Once reached, further bets are blocked until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive a notification after a set duration of active play, prompting you to review your session.
• Self-Exclusion — Remove access to your account for a period of your choosing, from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your pak97 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any real-money balance remaining will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method following standard verification. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

pak97 may close or suspend your account in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to pass identity or age verification when requested
• Evidence of prohibited conduct including fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse
• Suspicious financial activity or patterns consistent with money laundering
• Your own request for self-exclusion

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any funds derived from the violating activity will be forfeited. Funds that were deposited and not generated through prohibited activity will be returned subject to verification. Closure decisions may be appealed by contacting support with supporting documentation within 30 days of the closure notice.

11 Changes to These Terms

pak97 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes that materially affect your rights or how the platform operates will be communicated to registered players via account notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable.

Continued use of the platform after any updates to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

Minor updates — such as corrections to wording, clarifications of existing policy, or additions that do not restrict your rights — may take effect without advance notice. The date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.
